Today's Entry: It's working again!!

Diaryland is finally up and running again. Unfortunately, most of my photos were lost when their server crashed, so it has been a tedious task getting the pictures regenerated and replaced. I've got most of them but there are a few yet to be completed. What a drag.

Now we can get on with the business of keeping the Gates family page up to date. When I get home I'll post the more recent pictures of the kids and the now nearly completed game room.

I'm now seeing without glasses. What a great invention the Lasik procedure is! My eyesight is 20/20 on my left, which used to be my poorest eye, and 20/25 on my right. Dr. Jackson assured me it would take at least 2-3 weeks to reach near maximum healing. Brenda took Isaiah with her to see me get the procedure. She had a hard time seeing my cornea cut and peeled back. It takes alot to get to Brenda, but not very much when it comes to eyes apparently.
