Today's Entry: Tigger tripping

2005-11-14 - 8:53 p.m.

I just finished rocking the bambino to sleep a few minutes ago and quietly laid him down in his new bed. He pulled his little legs up underneath him and sighed deeply as I drew the covers up over his legs. He looked so peaceful lying there that I had to go find the camera. As I tiptoed back into his room but didn't see the basket of toys near the doorway. I tripped and suddenly the voice of Tigger filled the room with his bouncy-pouncy ADD enthusiasm. I groaned, thinking that racket was probably loud enough to wake the deceased, but Isaiah's little head didn't move. I crept closer and tried to focus the camera in the dark, but, just before I took the picture, Isaiah popped up from under the covers and said "Night, Dad". This is the picture I got - a little fuzzy and out of focus, but too good not to use. --Doug
