Today's Entry: Well-done Dan

Kelsey tested for her first Dan in Tae Kwon Do tonight. It is with this test that she earns the bar on her black belt and becomes the next level higher. There was a noticeable improvement in control and power compared to her testing for deputy black belt last December. Here she spars with a fellow blackbelt showing strike exchange and self defense.

Her final test came with four board breaking strikes and kicks. It was an impressive show for a father to watch!
