And now, the journal dedicated to the child singlehandedly responsible for the world's diaper toxicity crisis: Mr. "Where else would you like me to put it?" -Isaiah

We set up the table and the boys have played nearly non-stop whenever the opportunity presented itself. Isaiah had to insert himself into the action by waiting till a goal was scored then snatching the ball and running away with it. This caused consternation at first till the older brothers figured out Isaiah would stick around if he was asked to serve the ball. Here he is placing the ball in the serving cup.

It has slowly dawned on Brenda and me that nothing seems to destroy the brains of young men like electronic games such as X-box or Playstation2. We've been reading research on the epidemic of the nearly addictive-like nature of computer games and their effect on young men's behavior. We've decided it's just not worth ever going there, so those sorts of activities are just not encouraged or done in our home. Instead, we buy a fussball table and watch another form of addictive behavior unfold! Oh well. Maybe the physical activity and eye-hand coordination needed in fussball justifies its use. Hmm...I think I've heard that one before.
